HiDoctor is a Sales Force Automation solution designed to facilitate the daily activities of field representatives and managers. This platform allows users to record their Daily Call Reports (DCR) offline, adhering to organizational compliance policies.

The DCR can be completed quickly and efficiently, even in the absence of an internet connection. Once the DCR is filled out, it can be submitted locally. To ensure that the information is transmitted to the Head Office, users can utilize the 'Upload My DCR' feature, which synchronizes all submitted DCRs with the central system. To access the most current server data, users should refresh their calendar by navigating to the Calendar section.

Additionally, managers have the capability to approve DCRs and Tour Plans, as well as unlock DCR locks for their team members.

Encouraging colleagues to regularly engage with the app and upload their DCRs can enhance overall productivity and compliance within the organization.
